Instead try this one: http://www.semis.demon.co.uk/Pics/PICmain.htm. After I had made a non working JDM Programmer, I made this one (finished it today) and it worked instantly without any problems. If you want to use the PCB design available on the site, I suggest you download a trail version of Easy-PC (search on Yahoo) to print it to transparency (or that special pcb paper, whatever it's name is), instead of using the also available bmp. The PPWin programmer has an ICSP, an 8-pins, an 18-pins & a 40-pins socket, as opposed to only a 40-pins socket on the Wisp.
