Yes, Ramtrom have got more picky lataly.

About two years ago, you could order a few samples (up to
three of each product) directly from their web page and got
it delivered directly from Ramtron.

Then, about a year ago, when I did that, I got a call from a Swedish
reseller (check their company name b.t.w at http://www.aaaaa.se !!!)
asking me a lot of questions. I was promist the samples but
never got any.

Today, when entering my "user id/mail address" on the Ramtron
site, I'm told that "You have ordered before, contact our local
re-seller.".

Nice chip anyway :-)
