Give some details.....is the fact HE says he didnt get what he wanted, or is it that YOU got a product (the deck) that wasn't done correctly, or just not to your spec's IF the deck wasnt built correctly, and its falling apart, etc.....he should be licensed and bonded, and if he doesnt hold up on his end, tell him your taking him to small claims court.
