It's very handy and I've done it a number of times. You can then import all the files and settings using the same tool once you have installed XP and office to retrieve all your old settings... I was surprised at how well it works. -----Original Message----- From: pic microcontroller discussion list [mailto:PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU] On Behalf Of Carlos Marcano Sent: Wednesday, 17 March 2004 11:42 AM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: [OT:] Outlook 2000 Question Hi piclisters, I need to format my harddisk but I have a concern: Is there a way I can keep everything from my Outlook configuration and saved messages and everything else so when I install my OS and Outlook 2000 I would find everything as I have it right now. My HD has 2 partitions so I could use one as a data backup. Any ideas? Regards, *Carlos* --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
