Gee, all I want is an IC that I add a capacitor and convert 0-1000V to
the voltage I want ;-), so I can plug it into a 1.5V battery, or
whatever wallwart I have on hand.  Oh, yeah I want efficiency and ... and
 ...
Are we anywhere close?
