Careful, neither of those are logic-level.. Maybe an IRLR014. Available in D2PAK or the nice through-hole IPAK, and about USD.39/100. If you can use a very small/cheap package, there's the Toshiba TPC6201, two rather nice N-channel MOSFETs in a 1.6mm x 3mm package for only about USD0.27/100 (0.135 = 7.5p per MOSFET), but check availability.
