Thanks Alan, I couldn't find the PHN210, but found a similar
International Rectifier part and have ordered these IRF7501's from RS,

Check out RS 198-4195, Philips PHN210 dual logic level MOSFET in SO-8
package. I selected this on the basis of cheap price when looking for
such a
device, but have not yet got around to using it. Another trick with this
package is that many manufacturers make devices with the same pinout, so
you
are not single source tied if things go belly up with a manufacturer.
