I need to select a standard easily obtainable logic-level MOSFET to
switch a bank of Infrared LED's (max current 0.8 amp) from a PIC18F452.
I don't know a huge amount about MOSFETs, and the choice available from
RS (rswww.com) is bewildering. Could someone tell me what the commonly
used MOSFET parts are? (Like a 2N3055 was in the bipolar days)
