Not readily available, IIRC (but my memory is very rusty) the (undocumented!) waiting time for the actual memory write to complete was dominant. OK, I bit the bullet and re-read my own documentation. It states: "The download time for a full 18F452 (32 k instructions minus the 384 for the bootloader) is clocked at 70 seconds. A small program downloads in just a few seconds."
