  When www.cygwin.com releases its next version of the Linux emulation
dll, it should include a feature that makes compiling Picprog on windows
easy (with some changes).  This feature is TIOCSBRK and TIOCCBRK.  With
native libraries, same functionality may be possible but I have not
bothered to code it as the support is coming one day.. feel free to patch
it in and see how to call ClearCommBreak/SetCommBreak where
TIOCSBRK/TIOCCBRK are now if you cannot wait.  Or you can compile CVS
sources of the Cygwin DLL, but I do not know how to do it and don't have
time to try.
