You have D5 as 8.7V, it's 8.2V on the one I built, but it may not matter much. I think you said you are using Win XP. You should try installing the ICProg NT/2000 device driver. Go to:- http://www.ic-prog.com/download.html and download the IC-Prog NT/2000 driver. Unzip it and put the file icprog.sys in the same directory as icprog.exe (should be \Program Files\IC Prog). Run ICProg. Go to Settings\Options\Misc and tick Enable NT/2000/XP driver and tick OK. I think then it tells you first it's not installed then asks if you want to install it. Do that. Then go to Setting\Hardware and choose Direct I/O interface. You will probably have to change the I/O delay to get it working reliably on a given machine. -- Brent Brown, Electronic Design Solutions 16 English Street, Hamilton, New Zealand Ph/fax: +64 7 849 0069 Mobile/txt: 025 334 069 eMail: brent.brown@clear.net.nz -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
