We have a battery powered application running at 5VDC and 20mHz.  In order to
get longer battery life we are considering going to a 3.3 volt regulator,
which requires changing the resonator to 4 mHz.  This is a data logging operation
where data is logged at intervals ranging from 1 minute to 60 minutes.

Question:  Is the change to 4mHz going to noticeably degrade the performance
of the unit?
