The PIC should read some sensors, and according to an event sequence,
trigger an image frame from the image capture board to the video out board.

I know I'll have to know deeply what each one of the boards
expects/uses, (probably find boards with open source drivers) from the
PCI board, most probably the transfer protocol shall be very different,
so I would have to have memory on my board to rearrange the image
information from the input board to the output board, and AFAIK, this
can be done with programmable logic triggered by a PIC.
