This is what I use - an 0402 SMT "resistor" that is a wire. You get numerous DRC violations. Its really stupid that Eagle doesn't have a way to do this properly. I need them all the time. (analog gnd vs. digital gnd vs. DC/DC gnd vs. clock gen gnd etc.) You could also use a regular 0402 or whatever resistor between the grounds, then right when the board is complete draw a wire in the board to connect the two sides. This way you don't have to wade thru the DRC errors each time you check your work while doing the board layout. The downside to this is that the solder mask leaves a space for the 0402 pads, of course. This may be a problem in production. Grrrr, Eagle 4.11 is excellent in so many ways, there are just a handful of easily-added features that really mar it for serious use. This is in my top-5 enhancement wishlist.
