Most board shops would be able to handle round pcbs without any problems. I have done some round and some rather complicated board outlines imported from SolidWorks in the past and all I did was send the gerbers over and get the board back from the shop with the shape I had as a board outline; no call backs from the shop, no raised eyebrows which leads me to believe this should not be a problem for you.
