The just-released PIC16F648 will handle the code space, and more ram,
too. Theoretically, 20M is the fastest you can run. But most of the chip
will run MUCH faster, as long as it is kept at room temp..,. also the
internal oscillator will fade away after about 25M.

Do some testing.
