Perhaps. And perhaps not. I think the cat may not be out of the bag quite
yet.

Had the quickest of skims only. Note that while many of these papers purport
to explain relativistic effects, some instead attempt to deny the measured
results. Fair enough, but eg 1D which denies the deflection of light Bu the
sun has also to deal with stellar and galactic optical lensing which is
currently being used to detect and measure objects "at the extremes of the
universe"*. As these effects are in some cases extremely clear it will be
much harder to explain them away
