IMHO the issue of 'reactor safety' is almost a non-issue, the real
problem is with the waste. And even when a relatively civilised country
like the US can keep its waste somehow enclosed there will be the
less-civilised countries that will 'enrich' our environment. Just check
what lies rusting away near the Kola penninsula :(
