Yes, and I am one of them. But a am Dutch, and I like Dutchman jokes
just as much. It is only fair that the amount of jokes is roughly
proportional to the number of people in a country multiplied by the
'visibility' of the country. China and India score quite low on the last
point, and all other countries except the US score low on the first
point, so why complain about the amount of US jokes?
