I wouldn't go near those plastic pages with a 10 foot pole for storing ESD
sensitive parts!!!!!!!!!!  NEVER!!!   Just a simple turn of the page in the
binder can generate 1000's of volts static potential.   If you can find the
equivalent form factor in metallized mylar, that would be fine, but IMHO
you're asking for heaps of trouble using the PVC pages.
