"Rover finds Mars was Wet Enough for Life".  The key word in the
headline is "was".  I hope they find some fossil evidence, that would
be cool.  I can see the re-inauguration speech of Bush now, "we're going to
liquiferate the Martian polar ice caps to make Mars inhabitable for humans."
