Hi Colin, The pinout is not correct if you want it to be compatible with the Microchip ICD 2 and the Microchip-supplied cable. The pinout you have is how its pinned at the ICD 2 itself, not how its pinned at the target. Grasshopper, you have 2 more tries. :) Seriously, re-do it , post it, and I'd be happy to double-check it.
