TO: Anyone developing PICmicro/dsPIC Device Programmers

I have requested that Microchip create a PROGRAMMING SPECIFICATIONS forum on
their web board.

Well, they just created two new forums: one for PICmicros and one for
dsPICs. This should be a good place in addition to this PICLIST to discuss
programming specifications.
