Discreet IR Devices codes for Philips devices are easy to find here:

http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/mboard/forums.cgi

Just search that form and you can find all of the discreet values you
need.  If you cannot find it there, try searching the Philips site.  I
found the complete list of discreet codes for the 2002 line of Philips
TVs. =20
