Hi Peter, I remove drivers by the following method: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs Then find the driver in the list and click change/remove. Maybe you already tried this method, I could not tell from your post. I'm not sure if this completely removes all registry entries, but I think your best course of action is to contact FTDI tech support if you are still having trouble. Unfortunately, I personally have two e-mails that have gone unanswered by FTDI which does not make me too happy. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and will give them a few more days since they just moved to a new location which is not fun and is very disruptive. Best regards, Ken Pergola P.S. You mentioned that you "tried" to uninstall the drivers. What exactly happened? It was hard to tell from your post. -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
