IRF has dual FET packages. I didn't look at the details, you can go to irf.com to do the parametric search. Search by Product Family -> HEXFET Power MOSFET -> Dual HEXFET and there are Dual N-channel, Dual P-channel, and 1N/1P packages. I haven't seen more than that in one IC though, nor have I ever used these Dual HEXFETs. My experience with IRF discrete HEXFETs has been positive though.
