Hi,
does anybody know of any good and cheap DIP or SMD arrays of MOSFETs?
I'd need both N and P channel types, current handling should be of at
least 1A per channel, I'd prefer 8 channels per IC.
It would be great if it was already buffered (to drive the gates of
the power MOSFETs with enough current / good slew rate).

Does this magic IC exist?

I know of some darlington bipolars.. but MOSFETs?
