Hmmm.... I've been interchanging these chips as available.  Currently it =
is a=20
PIC16F627A.  The latest errata sheet I had previously read for these devi=
ces=20
was 80073f, but I just got a new one (80151g) that shows what you're talk=
ing=20
about.  Let me swap chips and see if it has any effect.  I'll be back.
