I got my kit not four hours after I sent out that e-mail...;-) It included two AVR processors, a 9-pin serial cable, a CD of data and software (but I'm sure I'll download it all instead; still, quite thoughtful for those w/o broadband), and an ISP. The ISP is TARGET powered (boo, hiss), and runs through the serial port rather than USB. I don't think it includes provisions for independent power supply, which stinks, but hey, it's a free tool and I intend to try to enjoy it!
