Ken, If you do the trick of setting a narrow window width, as suggested by someone else to get a good idea of how it will look when sent, then when you've finnished composing, close the window without sending. It will be saved in your drafts folder. You can then double click the email in the drafts folder and preview it before sending. The preview will have been wordwrapped, and you will see how it will look to the rest of the world. Hope this helps! All the best...Mike. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ken Pergola" To: Sent: Wednesday, February 25, 2004 2:55 PM Subject: Re: [OT:] Question for Microsoft Outlook PICLIST users > Martin B|hler wrote: > > > try setting the editor to 'text only' mode instead of 'html'. > > Thanks for your suggestion, but I've always had Outlook in text mode. > I still can't find a way that let's you set the word-wrap line length while > *composing* in Outlook's editor. > > Thanks for your suggestion anyway though. :) > > > Best regards, > > Ken Pergola > > -- > http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList > mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu -- http://www.piclist.com hint: To leave the PICList mailto:piclist-unsubscribe-request@mitvma.mit.edu
