When composing a mail in plain text, the editor should never wrap lines.
Plain text should be a WYSIWYG format, but rarely is with Outlook.

Have a look at http://www.lemis.com/email/email-format.html for the problems
that Outlook causes by word wrapping output plain-text emails.
