General rules, not specific to this company or layout program: Run DRC and check annular ring size with final drill sizes. Watch that silk screen markings (which always seem unimportant) don't wind up on SMT pads. Double check all hole sizes. You do NOT want them too small, and too big is almost as bad. Check power pins to make sure there isn't an isolated net that didn't get connected; it's often a good idea to go through the netlist and just look at everything there. Make sure you don't do anything really stupid like flipping a part or getting the wrong footprint by printing out the PCB 1:1 and setting parts on top of it.
