Using a 16LF877, ICD2, part was working fine (would download and verify
correctly), but
now it gives me the following error:

ICD0161: Verify failed (MemType = Program, Address = 0x0, Expected Val =
0x0, Val Read = 0x3FFF)
ICD0275:  Programming failed.
MPLAB ICD 2 Ready

Did my part die? sort of? It still finds it and recognizes it at least.
