Hi all,


Can anyone tell me were can i find some ram chip dual-in-line (DIL) package?
I do not need much, 32Kb or 64Kb is good.
The speed of the chips is not important, but, if it has a i2c bus (like
flash 24lc256) is great.
It is important to be cheap, because it's for a hobby circuit im working on.

I've searched the net, but didn't find any thing good (DIL package)..
I will be to use it on a breadboard. Thats why i need a DIL package.
