I'd appreciate if someone has the time to show me what I'm doing wrong.

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2000 SP3 9.0.0.6627:

My PICLIST posts always come out not as I intended in terms of formatting.

I have the following setting:
Automatically wrap at 76 characters when sending

When I compose the message, it definitely does not wrap at 76 characters --
that's why it looks awful because the word wrap is done when sending.

Is there any way I can set the word-wrap when *composing* my message?

I've been looking through the help, but can't see anything that helps me out
in this regard.
