Wouter van Ooijen says: > IMHO the most important class of dumb questions is the ones > that can not be answered because the question is not > complete. Sometimes the implied question is really about what is needed to answer the question. As a newbie, I once ask that "which processor is best" question and did not realize until just before I hit send that this would depend on the application more than my experience. I was thinking about which chip to start learning with and so I didn't have a specific application in mind, but I should have specified what general sort of applications I was interested in learning about. About "dumb" questions: It is important when planning any learning event (field trip, etc...) to include someone who is willing to ask the dumb questions that the rest of the people want to know the answers to, but are ashamed to ask. You should also walk at the front of the group so you can avoid any items you know nothing about.
