Hi Michel,

1) Are you telling Windows XP to look in the 'C:\Program Files\MPLAB
IDE\DriversXP\ICD2_USB' directory?

2) What is the specific problem or error message you are getting Michel?

3) Do you have the latest Win XP service pack and all the Windows update
patches?

Hang in there! Don't give up. You could try to ask for help with Microchip's
online forums. The Microchip employees have seen a lot of problems with
MPLAB installations and should be able to get you on track.
