The agreement was that I sell them 16F628(A)'s pre-programmed with the Wisp628 software, with the license to use such chips as they see fit, including building it into their own product (and including re-programming them with a never version of the Wisp628 software). I charge some E 3.00 I think on top of the price of an empty chip. If the OP is interested in this or something compareable he can contact me directly.
