I built one a few years ago from a magazine article, and have a circuit
board laid out for it. It uses a 555 IC, a few transistors and 4-9 volt
batteries. Works great. I'll see if I can dig up the schematic for it.
You can build it for less than $10 less the stick pads for the skin.
