according to National Logic manual:

LS14
conditions:CL=15pf, Rl=2k, 5v, 25:C.
propagation delay time low to high typ=18ns
propagation delay time high to low typ=21ns

I think HCT versions are faster but you can check this your self "googling"
for datasheet.
