Well since everyone seems to contributing their 2cents I may as well throw
mine in the lot as well.

I think James is entirely justified in removing someone he has warned
repeatedly from his list.  However I also think that absolute blanket
punishment doesn't solve anything.  How about a timed suspension or
something.  You know, give him a chance before the parole board to see if he
gets time off for good behaviour.  Everyone seems to be split right down the
middle given that one the one hand Olin is an asset to the list and on the
other that this list only exists out of the good graces of someone who is
fed up with Olins firey responses.  The list isn't a democracy but it isn't
a gas chamber either, how about giving Olin a second chance when the dust
has settled?
