Using banksel is the safest way to set the bank bits. Bear in mind,
though, that it *always* generates two bcf/bsf instructions whether it
needs to or not.

If you're just alternating between two banks in a small section of
code, doing one banksel and then toggling just the needed RP bit will
save you a bit of code space.
