Hi Spehro,

Microchip at some point in time (not sure exactly when) created a new
INCLUDE file: MIGRATE.INC

Without seeing some of your specifics, I'm not sure if this change is
related to the problems you are having. For a quick test, you could include
MIGRATE.INC into your source to see if some of your problems go away.
