Hi, as John Maud mentioned this: http://bray.velenje.cx/avr/terminal/ is very good, ascii/hex/binary, you can save predefined 'macros' for = sending, very neat when you use more advanced protocols = (binary/checksums/timeouts/ etc). As far as windows terminal goes, hmm IMHO it sucks :) I have so many = gripes with it, it changes settings unrelated to other ones you change (for example setup = to 7db even parity, start a session, change local echo, and BAM it's at 8 db no parity ??), = you always have to save your 'sessions' (what is that ? ) etc. Anyway unless you need any = terminal emulation=20 the one mentioned above should be just fine. /Tony -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
