How is that verified ? By measuring the voltage directly
on the pin or by the application just "not working" ?

I have used this on a 629 without any problems.

Perhaps you could write a simple "week-pullup-verify"
program without any INT stuff. Just reading a
pin and copying the state to a LED or something...
