Hi Bala,
Every one I've seen has used the Semitec 103AT-2 thermistor.
www.semitec.co.jp

10000 ohms at 25C, B value 3435. Blue with a white dot.

You can get them at Radio Shack or All Electronics if Semitec won't sample
you one directly.
