Hi,
  Has anyone got some PIC ASM or C code to interface with the Benchmarq (now
part of Texas Instruments) Bq2014 battery monitor IC? I've seen the diagrams
in the datasheet, but I can't get my head round the comms protocol. Sending
data looks easy enough, but I'm not sure how to go about synchronising the
PIC to the Bq2014. Rather helpfully, TI seem to have removed the evkit
software from their website.
