Agreed !  I haven't said a word on this, and don't want to.

I am just sick of all the non-PIC-related traffic.  Haven't got the time for
it.

Isn't it amazing how list members whom never appear to post to the list
normally to contribute anything, suddenly spring up now to post their
subjective views on this issue ?  I have seen names spring up on this topic
I have never or very rarely seen on the list before.

James, I am sorry for adding to the traffic.  Didn't want too.  No more to
say on the subject, and certainly nothing on what was not my decision.
