Yes, Contact Bellin Dynamic Systems (www.beldynsys.com). They have panels of these little adaptors that go from all sorts of SM devices to DIP style. Plus, with the panels, you get 25 mil square pins to populate them with. Panels range from about $30.00 TO $60.00 USD or so. Not cheap, but reasonable. Especially if you want to use an IC that costs $20.00 TO $50.00 or more. I have been using them for sometime now and we wouldn't be without them. Hope this helps you out.
