RS/Farnell do them. Not sure of the part numbers tho. I think Krone made them orignially but many have copied. I think the ones I have seen were made by AMP. To be more precise Through hole IDC terminal block 2 rows of 4 contacts at 0.15" centres with space between rows for cat5 cable, I have a sample which has a lock-down cap. These are extensively used on Cat5 wall outlets, but despite this I have googled endlessly in vain.
